Robert Delany is an innovator in the areas of organizational growth and development. Robert is the co-founder and CEO of Maple Glen Advisors which is a solution engineer for mission driven organizations. Robert publishes and speaks on the topics of innovation, collaboration, leadership, and organizational culture.

Previously, Robert was a Managing Director of Public Financial Management (PFM). PFM was a leading financial services firm, providing advisory services to government and non-profit entities in the United States and Europe with over 650 employees and $220 million in annual revenue. While at PFM, Robert orchestrated the ultimate sale of PFM’s businesses. The transactions resulted in the strategic repositioning of PFM’s businesses for further growth and expansion.

Robert held leadership roles with organizations such as Sciens Fund Management, European Financial Realty, FleetBoston, CoreStates Bank, JP Morgan, and Ernst and Young. Robert has a BS in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance from Drexel University. He is also completing a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert serves on boards of several professional, social, and philanthropic organizations. He is a on the Board of the Philadelphia Orchestra, Kimmel Center Inc., and the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia.

Rob Delany

George Tsetsekos, PhD

George Tsetsekos, PhD. is an entrepreneur leader and innovator in higher education. George is the co-founder of Maple Glen Advisors, which is an advisory firm designing solutions to challenging problems for higher education institutions and non-for-profit entities. With more than 30 years of experience in higher education he has served in various leadership roles that involved strategic transformations and organizational realignments. He has led initiatives requiring restructuring of academic assets, repositioning of programs and services, and technology alignment across educational functions. In addition, he has been involved in developing value enhancing partnerships and collaborations for domestic and international institutions of higher learning.

George served as Dean of LeBow College of Business (2002-2012) and under his transformative leadership the college achieved national rankings and quality milestones in research and teaching. His development efforts led to the construction of two new business school buildings and the launching of nationally recognized centers in Corporate Governance, Technology Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Leadership.

Prior to his appointment as Dean, he served for four years as Drexel’s Vice President and Vice Provost for academic administration, contributed to the completion of the strategic merger between Drexel and MCP Hahnemann University, and initiated programs for Drexel’s West Campus expansion in Sacramento CA.

George has served on the advisory boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, the Penjerdel Council, the Pennsylvania Economic League, the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, and other organizations and has Chaired the Board of the Global Interdependence Center (GIC). Also, he has served in consulting and advisory roles in several organizations including The World Bank, SEC, Bearn Stearns, and FannieMae. Active in academic consulting, Dr. Tsetsekos has advised several institutions on strategy, reorganizations, program and curriculum development, assessment of learning, and enrollment management matters. He has served as chair or committee member in more than 50 accreditation reviews for institutions in the US and abroad.

His recently published book “Business Leadership in Turbulent Time: Decision Making for Value Creation” has received several awards and he is a frequent speaker on matters related to finance and investments. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Tennessee, an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Athens, Greece.

His research interests are in the area of Corporate Finance and Investments.  His publications have appeared in more than a dozen journals, including Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Accounting Review, Financial Management, Journal of Financial Research, Financial Review, Financial Analysts Journal and Journal of International Business Studies. He is listed among the most prolific authors in Core Finance Journals.  He has served as a reviewer for eighteen refereed journals and the National Science Foundation. 

Mike has extensive consulting experience included serving as an expert witness in matters of pension fund investments, initial public offerings, and insurance products.  He has also provided training programs in Finance for Merrill Lynch and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and training in Statistics as well as providing statistical modeling projects for Advanta Corporation.  He has also served on the advisory board of the State of Connecticut Department of Public Utilities Control.

Mercadien provided technology consulting for organizations ranging large and small including Law firms, Accounting/Financial firms, governmental agencies and municipalities, nonprofit organizations and healthcare facilities.

Background and Experience

Jeff is a Partner in Lockton Northeast’s Philadelphia office and serves as a senior market interface charged with delivering Lockton’s local, national and global resources. He is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all Lockton resources for his clients, developing marketplace strategies, and using analytics to help companies make informed decisions on how best to structure their risk management and employee benefits programs.

Jeff’s experience in finance and insurance has led to much success working with organizations that have complex risk management and insurance needs. He has expertise in working with highly acquisitive public and private companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

He is one of the country’s top producing insurance executives and is recognized for his creativity and expertise in a variety of disciplines. His unique ability to create alignment with a business’s complex needs and corporate objectives allows him to deploy impactful expertise and resources.

Jeff has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Ursinus College. He is active in the community in philanthropic and professional organizations and is on the board of The Philadelphia Cricket Club and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Jeff also serves on the Corporate Councils of the Philadelphia Zoo and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia
